Make An Inexpensive ROV Frame

Here is Stinky, he is made from 1" PVC pipe

The color coding helped in identifying where to handle the ROV, i.e. don't touch red.

The frame can be used to house the wiring and hold air for ballast.

Here you can see where the PVC was connected to the case and where the wiring went into the water tight briefcase.
